Upon receiving your payment your photography products will be professionally processed to fit your order and sent to our lab for printing. There is a standard two week lead time on all prints from when they are ordered, shipped to us, inspected and then shipped to you. While we strive to exceed this goal, lab times vary. If there is an extensive wait on any items we will contact you and discuss options.

On selecting print sizes: Different print sizes are different ratios, be aware that because of these ratios unimportant sections of the image may be cropped off from the original photo. We will use our best professional judgement to crop these images so that important parts of the photo are not lost. To see the crop ratios for yourself and how they affect your image, use the 'Adjust Crop' tool that pops up as you add a specific size print of an image to your cart. If for whatever reason we're unable to make a print work at your selected size we will contact you.
As every product is inspected and carefully packaged the risk of receiving damaged product is extremely low. If you receive a damaged print contact us immediately so that we can correct the issue. We're sorry, but we do not accept returns on custom printed photographic items.
While there will be no watermarks on your prints or photo items John Milleker and John Milleker Photography retain ownership of all digital files or analog negatives created. Because of this, we insist that duplicates of our work not be made at any time. This protects our images, livelihood and guarantee that the quality of your final products be it prints or photo products be up to the level of expectation our clients have grown to rely on.
